Non-refundable 50% deposit required to confirm booking
Please have a yoga mat, thin sheet, well inflated yoga ball, and multiple pillows available. Optional: yoga block(s), well inflated peanut ball, foam roller
If you cannot obtain these items, please inform your nurse at least 24-hours before course start time.

Topics of discussion include fetal positioning, pelvis anatomy, cervical readiness, contraction patterns, basic coping mechanisms, and patient-provider communication tools

+Additional introductory information on evidence based medical interventions including unplanned emergent interventions as well as information on commonly recommended interventions for participants with known risk factors (gestational diabetes, risk for hemorrhage, low or high estimated birth weight, history of shoulder dystocia) - customized to meet participant’s needs
+Additional introductory education on non-medicinal labor coping methods (TENS units, massage, counter pressure, methods of distraction, support people involvement) - customized based on participant’s interests
Includes interactive hands-on demonstration of exercises and positioning to encourage ideal fetal positioning
