Providing expert guidance for a balanced approach to hospital birth
As a nurse, I’ve cared for many patients through all stages of pregnancy, labor, and delivery. I focus on teaching methods that support both the mind and body to help create a positive birth experience, no matter how your baby is delivered.
Allow me to visit you in your home and teach you helpful ways to prepare for your hospital birth. I am based out of Northern Virginia with a flexible travel radius.
You can choose from three course options based on your needs:
Each course includes a Beginner lesson with simple positions and exercises to help prepare your body for labor. These techniques can also help your baby move into a good position and support you through contractions.
The Intermediate course builds on the beginner lesson. You’ll learn about the “4 P’s” of labor to better understand how labor works.
COMING SOON… The Expert course is the most in-depth option. It covers pain management techniques, clear information about medical procedures, and what to expect if your pregnancy is high-risk.
Mission Statement
Led by real-world labor and delivery experience, my mission is to provide honest, balanced childbirth education that honors both the value of medical intervention when necessary and the power of preparation, positioning, breath-work, and mindset so families can approach labor informed and confident in the choices they make with their care team.
